I received a payment request from NS of 6€ and I don’t understand why. I choose the basic option (0€). Besides, I’m no longer in the Netherlands and therefore I didn’t use the card. Today I received the payment request in my dutch card and I want to know why do I have to pay that amount. Below you can find the email that NS sent to me.
I kindly ask you to delete this invoice.
