When we bought tickets on the website this morning we bought the wrong station stop.  Our starting point was Amsterdam Central Station, but we bought amersfoort central because the names were too similar. Since we bought round-trip group tickets, we were also troubled.  I don’t know if the ticket can be refunded in this case?

Only if you didn't download the tickets you can ask for refund. You have to call or chat NS customerservice. You can als reach them by Facebook or X.
