Dear Sir or Madam,

 

I wanted to buy 1 ticket from Utrecht central to Vleuten. I chose IDeal to pay. After the first payment, however the system was stuck in this process and I couldn’t get my ticket. I have to go back to exit and re enter the payment page. It was saying the first payment was failed and I have to pay again. So I paid twice for one ticket.

 

Could I get my money back?
