Good morning! I tried to buy the ticket for 1 passenger with me in the way I’ve always done that. It showed that I can buy it with my discount, but when I was on the buying process I didn’t have the option for buying my ticket with discount. So I had to buy the full price ticket. 
And after buying I’ve got the failed e-ticket. I can’t import it now, but my money was debited from the account. How can I activate the discount for another passenger and what should I do with my ticket which doesn’t work? Thank you in advance!

Did you have a subscription? You can't buy a discount ticket for the passenger without a subscription.
