I just bought an Vroegboek Dagretour Dal ticket for the route Enschede to Assen. On the ns.nl website it says to go to Zwolle from Enschede by Blauwnet Sprinter and than from Zwolle to Assen by NS Intercity. Is my ticket the right one? I am a bit confused about the “Intercity”. And am I able to catch a train on every time on the booked date?

Your ticket is the right one. You can only catch a train during off peak (=dal) hours. It's not allowed to be in a train between 6.30-9.00 hours and 16.00-18.30 hour.

perfect, thank you so much! And did I understand it right, that these peak hours do only count from monday to friday? I booked a ticket for a sunday so I should be fine on every time, am I right?
Indeed, there are no peak hours on Sundays, so you can take every train that day.
