Hello NS Community, I keep on getting the error “Er zijn nog openstaande orders voor deze kaart” when trying to pay 0,1 EUR in order to purchase Kids Vrij.
I waited a couple days, I though the system will “forget” the error (open order as it says), but it has been a week now and I still get the same error.
I want to use the card in the coming weekend. Any ideas what to do?
I tried to call Customer Service, but for some reason I cannot dial 0900 from my Dutch mobile number, which I am finding quite frustrating now.
