Expired my upcoming ticket

Hello I purchased two tickets just ago on line, and load my E- ticket to the NS app. However, My tickets are not in the upcoming part but in the Expired part. What happen now? I bought me and my friend ticket and my friend’s E-ticket is in the upcoming part of her app. What is wrong with “my “ NS app…

This seems to be a bug, because the date says Tue 07 Mar (today). You can still click the blue buttons to use the tickets.

If they don’t show a code, show your screenshot to the conductor. The ‘Unknown, 2nd class’ is clearly a bug.
