I had to go from Rotterdam centraal to Amsterdam Centraal on the evening of tuesday 24th of september. As all the intercity direct were cancelled, I had to take a regular train (30 minutes longer) but I had already bought the intercity supplement.
How can I get a refund for the supplement?
It was an eticket for group, 6 people, so 6 supplements (6*2,90€ = 17,40€)
The complaints forms don’t ajust to my situation so the refund is not accepted.
