Purchase of two tickets by accident

Hello,

Today I purchased two tickets for the same ride Duivendrecht - Enschede by accident. As I refreshed the online page, I must've paid twice. Is it possible to get a refund from one of the tickets?

If you've ordered two identical tickets, one can probably be reimbursed by customer service.
