Hi.

i paid a fine because I forgot to check in. First I got a fine for 70 something euros, and I was told this was deleted out of the system. Two weeks later I got another one on 95 something, and it was also deleted off the system because I paid 29,40 euros

instead. But I’ve already paid 20 with my travel card (since I had to to check out of the station). So I’m asking for my 20 euros back. I’ve been in contact with ns five times about this and have been told different stuff every time. That the money are on their way back etc. But nothing of this has happened, so please let this be the last time. Thanks in beforehand. I’m attaching the picture of my payment.
