ticket cancellation

Hello, I bought a Duiven - Ede Wageningen ticket today in the name of V Pronova and J Jerabek.  Unfortunately, we did not take the train today and therefore did not use the tickets.  I want to ask if the tickets can be canceled and refunded money?

A ticket can only be reimbursed if you haven't collected it yet. If you haven't, please contact Customer Support and they'll help you out. 
Choosing not to use the ticket doesn't warrant a reimbursement I'm afraid.
