I bought a return trip train ticket yesterday. I need to cancel it but i cannot find a cancellation option anywhere on NS website, app etc. Cancellation options are all for subscriptions but not for singular tickets. Does anyone know how to cancel a ticket?

It is not possible to cancel e-tickets when you have downloaded the ticket or when you have opened the ticket in the NS app. This is also mentioned in the terms and conditions which you have accepted when you bought the ticket.
