hello, I bought 2 tickets on 06/05/2023 and indicated the date incorrectly, I want to return the money.

Hi V Vorodina,

It's usually not possible to get a refund for tickets. NS can't invalidate them, so you could still use them.

Only if you haven't opened them yet, you could contact Customer Service by phone (030-7515155), chat, Facebook or Twitter, to ask if they're willing to reimburse you.
