why is there no arrival time for my train on my ticket?

If your question is about a ticket for a train journey within the Netherlands: that ticket is not only valid for one specific time, but can be used for any train on the specified day (but is only valid for one trip, of course).
If your question is about another ticket, then please be more specific about which ticket you have and for what train.
