The lifts in Houten and Houten Castellum

The lifts at the stations in Houten and at Houten Castellum station are both defective. Can you fix these then? I recently saw on Twitter a lady in a wheelchair who most likely had taken the last train and who was stuck on the platform and unfortunately could not continue.

We can't fix them. This is a travellercommunity.

Tot een aantal jaar geleden frequente reiziger. Reizen met de trein is minder leuk geworden
