Incorrect checkout

Yesterday morning I've traveled from Amsterdam Sloterdijk to Enkhuizen - and forget to checked out on the destination station.

When I returned back (it was more than 6 six later) - I've tried to check out for my morning trip and check in for my return trip.

But in my personal cabinet i can see no valid journeys - just separate check in/outs (screenshot attached).

The questions is:

 - what is the correct way to behave in case of forgotten checkout?

 - how can I fix this now?

We can't correct this for you here, I'd advise you to contact our customer service to have this corrected!

The info ‘Last check-in or check-out with NS’ is insignificant. If you have NS Flex it will probably be corrected automatically in your full travel hitory.
