On 04/10/2022 I was heading to the Eindhoven Airport from Groningen, my departure was on 15:30. But, unfortunately, when I had to switch trains in Utrecht Centraal on around 11:10, I checked the times of train arrival, and there were everywhere "This option is cancelled" because of train defect. I started to panic, because I didn't know how to get into airport, guy from information services told me to take a train and drive to Nijmegen and then Eindhoven, but I would arrive at almost 15 o'clock with plane departure on 15:30. That same guy told me to take a taxi and ask for receipt, so NS.NL could give me a compensation for that inconvenience. Thank you, photos attached.
