Some kind of rotating outlet would be handy. On other trains (ICM) the outlets were in the overhead luggage racks and hardly any 90° laptop or phone charger plug would fit, and the person not sitting in the window seat would need an extension cord, or have their laptop charger dangling in mid air.

For the TGV solution, this would mean that the person sitting at the isle would block a person sitting at the window to leave their seat without you unplugging your equipment first.
