Mijn NS not working properly

Hello, I traveled by train and I checked in at Delft and checked Out at Leiden. But Mijn NS says that there is only a Check In at Delft. This is the case if I use the NS app and also the web browser.

So I used by bicycle to go to the station at Leiden and tried to solve the problem.

There was a machine to check your OV chipkaart. I used this machine and it says that I checked Out in Leiden. I took a photo of the screen to have proof that I have done everything correctly.

Does this happen more often? When will it bei corrected? I feel discredited.

The travel history in Mijn NS is not real time. It is not uncommon that transactions don't show up in Mijn NS until several days after the trip. And I have also had situations myself where at first only the check-in was visible, and the check-out became visible later. I'd advise you not to worry; I expect this to remedy itself.
