Dear NS community’s, I received an invoice that I had to pay before the 10 of July but I thought they would take the money the 10th of July. Now my NS card is blocked, and I don’t know how to fix it, o would like to pay my invoice and get my abonnement back. How can I proceed? Thank you.

If this is the third reminder then you are too late with the payment. Your subscription has been terminated and the card has been blocked for NS products. The collection agency will reach you for the payment. If you have any questions or if they are uncertainties then you may reach our customer service.
