I bought a ticket twice I did not get an e ticket the third ticket I had to buy automatically I spent twice as much do something with the application and how can I get my money back

When the tickets are exactly the same, but only then, you can have a refund at Customer Service. Keep your records at hand.

 

Remember a ticket is not there right-away. It should be there within about twenty minutes.

 

I bought 1 hour before I left but I thought it was a mistake so I bought again 30 minutes before and I didn't get an e-mail or a ticket so I bought it in the machine for the third time

Remember a ticket is not there right-away.

In the English app, it is there right away.

In the Dutch version, it is not and that is a bug.
