I have pay for 5.9euro everymonth for NS Flex Dal Voordeel, but i found out everytime i buy train between 9:00-16:00,i dont get any discount,can somebody tell me why?

Did you buy e-tickets? You don't get discount by buying e-tickets. You have to check inn without your OV chipkaart between 9-16 and 18.30-6.30 hour.
Just to add up. Check in with your OV card in the dal hours. The discount is only applied when you use your chip card. Tickets you buy separately will not be combined with your subscription. Make sure your subscription is actually on the right card as sometimes people make mistakes between different OV chip cards.
