Hi, so I just want to be entirely sure. I have a Naweek Vrij OV card and therefore can travel between off peak hours. I looked up multiple times to be entirely sure and it's not supposed charge for the time between Christmas and new year. Why is it charging me for those trips? Would be really helpful to know.

I'm not sure what you mean by "Naweek Vrij”. Do you mean Weekend Vrij? Dal Vrij? Or another subscription?
Naweek means Weekend in South-Africa.
With a Weekend Free subscription you can travel for free during the weekends and in the recent holiday period also on the public holidays (Dec 25, Dec 26, Jan 1). The other days in this period (Dec 27, Dec 30 and Dec 31) were regular working days on which Weekend Vrij was not valid for free travel.
