Hi, 

I’d like to end my subscription but pop up says that I’m not the contract owner. But the card is under my name, I couldn’t understand what’s wrong. Did anyone face this kind of problem ? Thank you for the assistance.

It looks like there's something wrong with your Mijn NS account. You could be in our system twice. In that case, your Mijn NS account won't always be connected to the right information. Our Customer Service should be able to fix this issue.
