I request a subscription cancellation due to long time abroad.

You need to contact Customer service. In the case you’ve got a Flex subscription, you can change it to Basic at MijnNS, fast and at no further costs. In that case your susbscription should have lasted for at least a month.

We cannot handle this for you. It sometimes takes a long time to reach Customer Service.
