Hi, I recently cancelled my subscription as I was moving back to India however I didn't know I have to remove my season ticket at ns ticket machine. Now I am in India, closed my Dutch bank account and I have to pay my monthly subscription fee. I have my ov chip card with me. Can someone please let me know what can be done in this case.

What kind of subscription did you have?

If it was NS Flex and you cancelled it (switching to Basic is sufficient), the invoice is probably for travel costs in the past.

There should be no need to cancel/block the card but if nothing else works, see https://www.ov-chipkaart.nl/en/block-and-replace-your-ov-chipkaart (block without replacement), an then contact NS Customer Service (phone or chat).
