I have 'Dal Voordeel' on '3528' and currently, I ordered 'NS Flex Dal Vrij' and will receive '3528' this week. Therefore, I want to cancel my 'Dal Voordeel' subscriptionon '3528'.
I tried to do it through the website but it chooses my 'NS Flex Dal Vrij' even when I remove the new card from my account:
I use 'Cancel my obbenment' for my 'Dal Voordeel' card (as you see on top is 3528)
but it goes to other card:
I was waiting for 5-6 hours and talking to different people on online chat. It is really bad because I should explain each time what it is going on.
By the way, I talked to your on-line chat and found out I have multiple accounts. I lived in different cities. It can be an issue. Would you please help me to cancel 'Dal Voordeel' from 3528?
