Hello,
My train from Lelyan to Neuiw Vennep has been cancelled for 3 weeks now. I have had to take a different route and take the metro to Amsterdam Zuid then take the train.
The issue is that they are charging me for this route? Last month i got the money back via call.
This month i have tried to call twice and there is no answer or they tell me to go online.
By there is nowhere online for this type of request.
I cannot find anyhwere to get this mony back and im sick of calling with no answer.
What can i do
