Hi, I want to use my personnel ov chip card for bus subscription, but now I have ns flex subscription on it. Can I change my card to flex base then subscribe it for bus?

You can have a Flex product on your card and simply have the non-train part of it removed if you want to use a bus subscription next to it. You can have this done by contacting our customer service.
