Hello,

I just obtained my chipkaart today, how do i change to the daal vordeal, do i already have to have money on my card ?.

Hello Cian Moreno, Welcome at our community,

 

If you have ordered an empty OV-chipcard, you can purchase a Dal Voordeel subscription via our website. If you choose for NS Flex then you don't have to load an amount on the card. We will collect the cost automatically. If you like to travel on balance then you must load a balance which can be done at a ticket machine.
