children season ticket

I added my children's to the season ticket in the website. then i received email for process confirmation and i should go to NS machine to transfer the order. I Went to the NS machine. I did not find chlidren seson tickets in orders choices. I checked the cards on OV-chipkaart website, i found no orders for these cards. My Chlidren Cards no: 3528 0500 5251 7713 And 3528 0500 5253 0583

Tot een aantal jaar geleden frequente reiziger. Reizen met de trein is minder leuk geworden
