Hello, I bought an abonnementen to my ov chipcard. After activating my card, I loaded 20€ on my card. (14.03.2023) Because I did not know that the payment would be deducted from the credit card. I thought there would be a discount on the money I loaded on my card. What about the money I loaded on my card? Will it be deducted from the money I will pay after 1 month? Money you loaded onto the card after activating NS Flex will not be used. Only credit that was on the card before you activated NS Flex will be deducted from the next invoice.
You can have the 20 euros that are on the card now paid out to you at an NS service desk.
