My name is giabaong. I have already registered for the weekend subscription that costs 34 euros weekly, but somehow it still charged me 60 euros when I traveled last Sunday. Can somebody explain this for me please im wondering if you can check if there were any errors so I can have my money back, thank you for reading my email.

We can't check your data here. I'd advise you to contact our customer service to see what's going on here. I've removed your OV-chipcard number for now, as it's not a good idea to have that visible for everyone.
