I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inquire about a recent bill I received from NS. I have been a customer of NS for 2 months and have always been satisfied with the service I have received. However, I was surprised to see that my most recent bill was almost €77.

I have already made it to NS flat basic since October 28, 2024, and I am wondering why the bill is so high. I would greatly appreciate it if you could share a detailed bill with me so that I can better understand the charges.

The free NS Flex Basic subscription is just a NS billing service for train/bus/tram/metro travel costs, and some additional services like bicycle rent and storage.

Using NS Flex Basic you are travelling at peak hour rates.

Log into your MijnNS account at ns.nl to download detailed invoices (pdf-documents).

And if needed, switch to another, payed NS Flex variant that provides discounted train travel (bus/tram/metro not discounted).
