Tot een aantal jaar geleden frequente reiziger. Reizen met de trein is minder leuk geworden

El 27 de septiembre del año en curso mi pareja y yo decidimos sacar la tarjeta de abonamento para mi persona, Laura del mar CARABALI ARBOLEDA. Debido a esto, nos llegó un correo diciendo que esta misma empezaba a correr a partir del 4 de octubre, pero la tarjeta del abonamento aún no ha llegado a la dirección indicada. 

 

El día de hoy, 5 de octubre, me llega al correo la factura y aún así no he hecho el primer uso de la tarjeta, que debo de hacer!?
