hey, I got a reminder email to pay for a subscription, which ended up in my spam, so I only saw it after the date I was supposed to pay. The date was the 10th of October, and I paid on the 12th. Will I now still get an incasso procedure and will my subscription be cancled?

If it was the first reminder you'll probably be ok. Usually NS sends a reminder by e-mail, another one by 'normal’ mail and yet another one by e-mail, before handing it over to the collection agency.
