I entered the wrong payment and did not notice that it was returned to me unfortunately, I have a debt that has been handed over to the enforcement company when should I expect an email or can I contact them myself?

I entered the wrong payment and did not notice that it was returned to me unfortunately, I have a debt that has been handed over to the enforcement company when should I expect an email or can I contact them myself?

They will inform you. Be aware that they will add an additional handling fee of €40 to the debt.

Furthermore your subscription will be terminated.
