Hello, I changed the season ticket and it was 120 euros, but today I received an email saying that you have to pay 80 euros on March 4, if I have to pay monthly on March 27, what is the reason for this 80 euros!?

Are you sure you have to pay or is it a refund?

Apparently, you already had NS Flex. The amont in the invoice is for the number of days until your fixed monthly invoice date and adds up to the difference between your current and former subscription.

Part of that (you likely had Weekend Vrij and now Dal Vrij) will be a refund (negative amount). Check your invoice for details.
