You can check the invoices in your My NS-account so you can check the details. If something is wrong or if you need an explanation, please contact our customer service so they can have a look for you.

Apparently, you already had NS Flex. The amont in the invoice is for the number of days until your fixed monthly invoice date and adds up to the difference between your current and former subscription.
Part of that (you likely had Weekend Vrij and now Dal Vrij) will be a refund (negative amount). Check your invoice for details.
