Last month i started OV monthly subscription but for wor issues I won't be able to make the payment for the next month so I rather cancel it and came back when everyone got solved

At this Community travellers try to help other travellers. We cannot view each other's data. 

When you have Flex subscription you can change/cancel one month after starting the subscription. This can also be done via My NS yourself.
