Good afternoon,after issuing the card,my date of birth changed,but the payment went through and the card came,now I can't subscribe, how to change the date of birth

Is your date of birth wrong on the card or in our system? If it's the former, you can request a new card with the right data. If it's the latter, contact our customer service to have this adjusted internally.

    bij het inschrijven staat dat de geboortedatum niet overeenkomt met je chipkaart.  Ik begrijp niet waar precies de verkeerde datum is aangegeven in uw systeem of staat deze nog op de kaart?!  hoe het kan worden gecontroleerd.  bij het bestellen van een kaart hebben ze de gegevens gecontroleerd, alles klopte omdat ze ervoor betaalden, en nu is het niet mogelijk vanwege het feit dat de geboortedatum verkeerd is aangegeven

    If you have a Mijn NS account, see https://www.ns.nl/en/mijnns#/persoonsgegevens if the date of birth matches yours.

    If it is correct, it seems the date on the card’s chip is wrong. Unfortunately it is not printed on a card anymore. Contact OV-chipkaart for a replacement card.

    They usually charge you €11 for that but if there are no products on the card yet, you might as well order a new one for € 7,50

    Beware that the date format should be DD-MM-YYYY, so today would be 21-08-2022 and not 8/22/2022 like in other contries.

    ze hebben een fout in het systeem, in de NS-applicatie, de geboortedatum is onjuist, hoe kan ik contact opnemen met de ondersteuning om de fout te herstellen
