How to order a product? some thing wrong when I pay.

When you order a subscription your financial credibility is checked and that's done by Focum. If their advice is negative ordering is not possible for you because NS considers the risk that you will not pay (on time) too high.

In most cases the negative advice is the result of previous occasions where you didn't pay NS on time or because you have other debts.

You can contact customer service for more information.

The Focum check is notorious, and checks by address. Order the subscription using another address (e.g. work or school or family/friend) and it wil succeed.

I ask them they just said something wrong with the website and let me try another day😅. But I already try for two weeks. And I never buy product before, I don’t know why they assume I can’t pay on time
