Hello, I have a promotion “weekends for free” for 35€ per month, but the amount is more than I paid, and I don’t understand how to pay, a month has already passed, I don’t know how to link a bank card or to which account to transfer money, I don’t want a fine

With NS subscriptions you pay by direct debit.

The monthly invoices are paid by direct debit from the bank account that you indicated. That includes the costs for any journeys your subscription doesn't cover.


If you have not yet done so, go to ns.nl and log into your MijnNS account. There you can download detailed invoices about your travel costs (pdf-documents).
