I have just received an email from NS saying I will be charged 68,40 euros out of nowhere. I haven’t requested any abonnement and the invoce that it is reference in the email (factuur ***********) does not show up in mijnNS under Betaaloverzicht. Where does this come from?

@MoDe the invoice does not appear on the wesite.
