Good afternoon. My daughter's card is lost, we haven't used it for about a month. We can't block it.

If an OV-chipcard is lost, then you need to block (and replace) the OV-chipcard. This can be done here. If you don't know the OV-chipcard number or the expiration date and you have a NS subscription on this OV-chipcard, then the Customer Service is able to help you retrieve the OV-chipcard number and expirationdate.

If you have a Mijn NS account with the card linked, the expiration date is shown there:
