Hi i want to ask if i apply for weekend free subscription with 40% discount, is it possible  to pay the weekdays amount on prepaid not monthly from bank? 

Not on the same card. A workaround would be to use two cards, one with NS Flex Weekend Vrij without the discount during off-peak hours, and another card with a regular (non-Flex) Dal Voordeel subscription. Would cost you two euros per month more in subscription costs, though.
