Hello, I ordered a card and as information I received that it will arrive on April 15, but the card has not arrived yet. I would like to ask, what is the problem?

We cannot help you as we do not have access to your data. Contact Customer Service. Maybe they will redirect you to OV-chipkaart.

    Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.

    IF you also ordered a new to start subscription on this card, then DO contact centre, as there is a way to compensate you for the days you could not use it-but only if you did tell them this before. The mail may also be slow, there is a 7-day term for a new card to be produced.
