Hi, I ordered a ns Flex Vrij subscription and received an email that it went well and now I have to wait for ns to send me an email so I can activate it on my iv chip card, it has been more than 36 hours, how much longer do I need to wait for that email? My subscription is supposed to start tomorrow. Do I receive the email on the day the subscription starts? Thanks for your help!

On the first day that your subscription starts, go to an OV chip card machine. This can be done at any train station or in many supermarkets.
Scan your OV chip card and tap "pick up order". Follow the instructions, this takes 1 minute.
You can then check in and travel with your subscription.
