Hello. I purchased a subscription for NS Altijd Vrij on 25-01-2023 with a starting day of 01-02-2023. 353,80 euro were charged immediately, i got a confirmation e-mail which says that i will receive another e-mail when my order is ready and then i will be able to put the NS Flex at a ticket machine.
But i have not yet get any further confirmation. How long will it take? Will it be ready by 01-02-2023?
Welcome to our NS Community, Sergeo. Good of you to get in touch here! The confirmation will be there on the day itself. You can charge the season ticket onto your OV-chipcard before you travel on the starting day.
You can put it on your card once your subscription has started, i.e. 1 February. That day you will receive the email with instructions.
okay ik ben nu echt in de war. ik hoop dat iemand mijn de weg kan wijzen. ik heb dus NS flex altijd vrij genomen om “gratis” te rijzen. Maar ik zie dat er kosten voor OV en OV-fiets worden nu in rekening gebracht. Ergens snap ik iets blijkbaar niet. Ook paskeren bij P+R hebben volle bak dag tarief afgerekend. ik heb al niet breed en nu dit nog erbij :(

Met NS Flex Altijd Vrij reist u alleen gratis in treinen. U moet nog altijd betalen voor reizen met bus, tram en metro, en voor bijkomende diensten als parkeren en OV-fiets.

Tot een paar jaar geleden was er wel “OV Vrij” Wat een combinatie is tussen Altijd vrij en een supplement voor Bus/Tram/Metro om daar ook vrij te reizen. Is er nog wel voor de NS BusinessCard (zakelijk)
