Hi there, today i received my OV Chipcard with my picture on it, I added my card to my NS account.
I then tried to set up a subscription with NS flex of 5 euros and 60 cents. I filled out all my information but half way through the process the website would send me to a link saying they are unable to give me this NS flex offer and does not state the reason why. Can you help obtain the NS Flex offer of 5 euros and 60 cents a month please?
