I have subscribed to NS Flex Dal Voordeel and have received acknowledgement

I would like to purchase tickets through my  ns app as I have misplaced my card 

Is this possible

You can't purchase tickets via our app with the discount. If you would like to use your subscription then you need to travel with your OV-chipcard.
